01 / OFFERS & BOUNDARIES

A smaller offer can make more room.

It’s tempting to make an offer more valuable by adding more. Another call. Another deliverable. Another way to say yes.

This sample essay explores a different question: what could you remove so the core work becomes easier to understand and better to deliver? Begin by naming the one useful change your offer is designed to support. Then look for the extras that distract from it.

A question to keep: What does this offer need to do well, and what can belong somewhere else?

02 / POSITIONING

The words you keep coming back to.

Your point of view often arrives in ordinary language: the advice you give twice a week, the detail you always notice, the assumption you gently challenge.

This sample essay looks at those recurring ideas as clues to a clearer position. Instead of inventing a voice for your business, collect the language you already use when you care about helping someone understand.

Try this: Write down three things you wish your clients knew before they began. Look for the belief connecting them.

03 / WORKING RHYTHMS

Leave a little
margin.

A week planned to the edges has nowhere to put the unexpected. And creative work rarely arrives on schedule just because the calendar says it should.

This sample essay considers margin as a practical part of business design. Notice the time between the visible tasks: preparation, decisions, transitions and recovery. A workable week needs to hold those too.

A small experiment: Keep one unassigned hour next week. Notice what it makes possible before deciding what to fill it with.
